Ok, if using a PC, right click on your photo and choose Edit. Trim it down to 1080 pixels wide and save it. Check the size (it needs to be under 512kb and 1080 wide)
Or if using a tablet or mobile, download an app called “image size” it’s free & simple to use

Ps, some people recommend using a image host like Photobucket or flicker. Personally I think these are shit and not fit for purpose when trying to make a RetroBike archive for years to come....
