Just thought it would get you a sale and save the hastle of posting something so large.
I would do £15 posted including the brace if it helps?
The steerer won't be much good as it's alloy and would need to be specially pressed to remove from crown as they are bonded legs.
I'm in for the bolts and brace if you change your mind.

Brace , Canti studs , brace bolts and fork bolts at bottom sold.
Bits left -
left lower leg - paint is awful but seems to have no cracks. Paint cracked for sure but doesn’t seem to be actually cracked. - cover postage and it’s yours
Steerer tube/crown /stanction - lots of wear. £5 plus post
Rubber boots -£2 plus postage.
