V vega23 Retro Newbie May 18, 2019 #1 Hi All, first post.... I have been restoring this old steel frame, and am trying to ID it, looks a bit like a Cove owing to the bolts on the seat stays, but i cant find a cove quite like it, does anyone recognize it?
