A 1980s Quinn which was rebuilt with new parts a couple of years ago.
The wheels in particular have very little wear on them. Hubs are 105 rear and lx front.
The components are all alright and the handlebars are nearly new cinelli.
The frame has quite a few scratches.
Rack and mudguards come with the bike.
We bought this for much more than the asking price but it’s never really fitted my wife (hence the short stem), so now we need to make some space.
21 inch measurement is from centre of bb to seat post clamp, and it’s 20” centre to centre on the top tube.
