Teutoberger Wald Germany...

I'm in Germany this weekend (Frankfurt and Bochum) for a couple of gigs.

I'm bringing a bike and am informed that Teutoberger Wald is where it's at in this part of Germany.

If anyone is local and up for it please get in touch.

If no-one does, then I'm bringing the Modern Pace and leaving the retro Dave Yates at home....

Come to think of it, I'm doing that anyway... :? It's winter FFS....

Why do I live in a flat place like Denmark?

Grosse Feldburg near Frankfurt (870m) on Saturday - 2 hours up - 20 mins down...

Teutoberger Wald near Lubecke on Sunday... (Where Varius lost the legions and it's easy to see why - I couldn't find the route I was supposed to be following and the climbs are relentless)

Is that the Lubeck thats north of Hamburg??

No - it's to the south west - about 30 mins drive west of Bielefeld.
