Thats right folks, for the second successive use of my cycle rack i have yet again caused myself yet more pain.

you'll recall i caused some damage to my car.
Not happy enough with that, i managed to better this considerably courtesy of a VERY stupidly placed wooden post in the brandon country car park (thetford forest).
I managed to reverse into the post, which then crushed my rear wheel round 90 degrees and pushed my rear derailliour into my car breaking my light cluster and denting/scraping the corner. The rear hanger is also bent like graham norton.
This was as we got there, not on the way home, so that really made my day, as you could imagine (especially after a 1h30 drive to get there!!!)
