I suspect the bike is a witcomb USA built by sachs / weigle
The forks and fastback seat cluster look right, the serial number is correct but I'm not sure of it's location being correct
A further clue from Argos is the 'red and white 'written on the stem..
That links to sachs i would guess correct decals where not available at the time of repaint
Any comments or suggestions are very welcome as I'm still not 100% on this
