Well...46 now...47 in december....and 48 next year; but with a four year old hyperactive daughter and a hectic ultra-triathlon race schedule next year, hopefully i should get younger..?! Does it not work like that...? Oh well, at least i can still hold my own against many a 20-odd year old..ha..ha..ha!

I feel younger!
27 here, used to be quite fit but as of about 5 years ago knee injury has kept me off the bike.
i will eventually get this fixed had keyhole surgery on it about 5 months ago got my last physio class at 9am this morning (which has only made it more painful).
one day i will get back on the bike and get fit.
