That short piece i gave you came out a spare V-brake noodle,
i actually added that after i'd stripped the frame, when the bike
was riding i just had the plain inner running through that bit but
then i noticed the plastic outer on other Clockworks like Gazz's
so figured i'd be better with something
.
I hardly used my front mech though as i was rarely on the outer ring.
