No kids, but 2 attention-seeking cats and 3 horses as well...
Couldn't cope with kids on top of that!

estimate 18 years before that ..but 5 maybe 10 mins is all you'll get
even then.your only hope is that the eldest becomes a sort of surrogate
parent (is that an oxymoron?) and leaves you to sleep at night
in a sort of "i couldnt tell you that" "no but you told your brother... why
are your parents allways the last to know"
then you buy one of them a house because you would kill her/him if
they spend one more day in your house.
and the other one wants one................

I've four children, 13, 6, 4, and 2 and if it has got too much I go for a drive, I'm still trying to build my next machine, and breath. but very soon the silence gets to me and I need to be near the noise, the shouting, the squabbles and the laughter. I need them as much as they need me.
