He certainly is, I’ve enjoyed working closely with him (easy when he’s only 20 miles away) on some of the more bespoke CB typefaces.

So tonight, I’m allowed to play with my sticker album!

But before I crack on with that, I officially started the build last night with…of course… the Bottom Bracket!
A Shimano Deore XT BB-UN72 sealed cartridge from 1996, a bit scratched up on the surface, far from NOS, but it runs really smooth and to be honest the budget has gone on some more visible parts.

The threads in the shell did need a little restorative work and after spraying the inside of the BB shell with dry PTFE, they now work a dream.
