Do you ever feel alone in amsterdam??

Stopped about 6 years ago but started again 18 months ago- stress related. Now doing 10-15 a day at work but not at home (Mrs S doesn't know). Don't work Sundays anymore so don't smoke and end up very tetchy by teatime. Terrible habit and wish I could stop again but things being as they are at the moment I stand no chance. Weekends away with the lads are shocking- I was doing 60 a day at Le Mans this year (but was quite drunk most of the time and going 100 hours plus without sleep does funny things to you) Felt shocking when I got home.
