Its a very low end model, might be the Colin McRae edition which makes it worth pence extra.

Looks more like a kona lanai 2004.
McRae had a sort of polished frame finish.

Looks to me like a holding listing, I occasionally do it when eBay give me a deal. Just till you have the time to complete it.

I notice they have at least one other listing the same
