Does your bike also have a pulley wheel for the front mech?
And a s/n under the bb shell?

How did you find out what tubing it is constructed from?

Yes, it has a mount for a pulley wheel for the front mech but i don't have the wheel itself so had to make do by top pulling it, seems to work fine as that shifter isn't indexed anyway. The serial is indeed under the bb shell too. Luckily, it still has the tube sticker on it which is how I know the tubing :)
I have seen a few frames like this one, with similar tubing, geometry and details like the pulley front mech and the peg on the chainstay for hanging the chain when changing the wheel.
