Excellent work, well done. How much has this cost up to now ?

Re:

ermmm, its cost about 9k so far.

the planning permission was about 240
slab came in around 1500 inc the belolw.
digger & dumper for 1 week came at 160 = diesel.
there is 40 sq meters at 8 inch thick concrete. 468
rebar was free from local farmer.

we had to remove 44 tones of topsoil to get it level. so grab lorries were needed.

26 x 8x4 sheets of 50mm insulation board. 900 ish.

i snapped my ankle at the start so a chippy for 2 weeks came in 2k ish, then the rest was materials,

i was quoted 35 - 40k from local builders which i didnt have so its taken about 18months now chipping away at it.

electric will be nothing as im a sparks by trade. just some cable etc.

ive got exact numbers somewhere.

Doug

Looks like a great space, what is it intended for ?
I actually twisted my ankle on the 2nd day of my latest build but I managed to keep going.
But I love doing this work.

Nice to see the shed builds coming along 5k for a build is quite modest by comparison, been cracking on with mine this weekend spookily enough although not a full build more like a recommission. Sorry will update my own thread

Great build, the view/orientation is a bit compromised by the fence though

Impressive bruise by the way

I had to design the build around the space. But it seems work well.
