machine tech

had a blue one on a zaskar, not light at all, renthal bars always slipped in them, but they were awesome for stuffing your gloves into.

HOLY CRAP

I FORGOT ALL ABOUT THOSE. Jeeeze it was like getting a sexual bolt from the blue/purple.

Coming along nicely Mikee...what type of cnc machining center are you running?

I've got access to a MAZAK 12 tool that I've been thinking about playing with some old school designs but have not been able to get the time out of the frame shop to do so. :?

Nice to see you enjoying yourself! ;)

cheers,

rody

mike the machine tech were bowed on the sidewalls, with different radius on the inside and outside walls.

as i remember from my blue one, they were bowed about 2-3mm on the outside and about 3-4mm on the inside

yeah i know dont want to go to the length of special cutters
& its quite complex to do without them.
an approximate copy is all i'm after.
