It looks like the answer to the initial question is basically a no. With the exception of the michelins on the 2nd page, semi slick amberwalls dont really exist

Ok so they aren’t +2 , but a lot more slick than some that have been posted. Ride em for a year and they start to become slick ;)

Panaracer Fairweather 26”.
They are tan wall, less aggressive tread. Good for tarmac, gravel etc and look the part.
Available new.
