That looks to have a different headtube than the op's bike, also the seat stay wishbone junction looks different and the tt cable stop postition, but i have had a couple of drinks so a few things are looking different

Personally it looks like a Trek frame to me - can't think of the model number though

....actually scratch that - does look VERY similar to their carbon ROAD frames but this is obviously MTB duh!

That webbing between the top/head/downtubes is very '90s Trek though....

Deffo not a 9900, they were full carbon whereas this has a steel rear end. It is curious....
