Passed the link to someone local and he's bought it.

I think it's either a 93 Traverse or a 94 Kili comp. They appear to be basically the same thing.

He likes a good retro bike, has an M2 stumpy and a cinder cone. I'll be visiting on Tuesday with a couple of bits to correct some of the *issues* this has so i'll take a couple of nice pics then

Well I ended up bringing this home. A couple of parts tie up with a 94 kili comp, but there's no hard evidence whether it's that or a 93 traverse
