I bought this for the missus a while ago but soon became clear that its just too small so need to go to fund a suitable replacement. It measures just 13" c to c with a top tube of 19.5" so small! The frame was made on the 14th of April 2001( I know post 97 but will appeal here more I'm sure?) and was handmade made out of Extra light Icaro aluminuim with nice and unusual flutes down the down tube. In fact the bare frame weighs just 1500g or 3.3lbs and those welds are beautiful. Takes 26" wheels. Paint colour Lampre Pink which has been touched up where its been chipped but absolutely no dents or cracks. The only bad bit is I had Caygill make some replacement bottle cage bosses (old ones were loose) and they do work but aren't perfect....just saying! The frame was made to order with the Marzocchi Bomber Z4 in mind so seems daft to split. I have just changed the oil and are silky smooth and bouncy. Also included is the seatpost, clamp, Blackburn cage, stem, bar, FSA headset, quality T.H starnut. The threads are all good and is shouting to be built up. I can include a nice quality ladies saddle too if required.
I also have most of the original XT groupset for sale separately. I am happy to post anywhere at buyers cost. Payment can be made via ppal friends or add fees etc. Collection from Southwell, Notts would be great too. I think £180 is a fair price
