Nos, but some small shop wear. See pics. It´s a little stiff from not being used for 25 years, so I would recommend to just take it a part. Apply some grease and put it back together. Never mounted to bike, and never mounted wheels. I bought this just because I have a Clark Kent, but I will never use the anyway on it, and don't see a reason to have it taking up space anymore. It´s 1 1/8 with 13,9 steerer and 52mm thread.
Asking what I paid. Which is 100EUR. I can do pound or dollar as well if that's easier for the buyer. I can also probably trade for some fun high end parts. Cranks, 26.8 seat post, brakes or something else fun that I don't need, but takes less space.
Shipping will be around 45eur tracked and insured. The cheaper option with stamps alone is probably just 9-10eur cheaper. Payer pays actual shipping cost though. 100eur is net to me after PayPal fees. I can also do iban transfer.
