Nipples

Cheers for the info, I'll go with a bit of ti-prep.. The wheel is going to be used in the UK mostly around the South Coast so the Salt Air is bound to cause some havoc..

Dont use alminium nipples. Titanium even with ti prep will gall against any material it is in cintact with especially under any type of tension so adjustment will become very difficult. If you really need to use aluminium rather than brass self lubricating and meaninglessly heavier nipples use some mastinox assembly compound (also known as Yackshit because of the yellow colour) Just be very carefull in case the health and safety police find out as its highly poisonous.

I also use Ti-spokes in my 10th,in combination with alu nipples(original,a little bit longer than normal ones )! You had to use Ti-Prep while building!
If you ride only in the sunshine, like me(with my Anni),I think there is no problem

Olli :D
