I've seen it , previous owner brought around my house to view, very good condition but yeah seat tube has been cut .

Assuming the top of the seat tube wasnt fubar, i can never understand why some num nuts would butcher a bike like this. Had a Dolo bitd but always liked this paint job even though i never owned another Chehalis Klein.
