A nice back piece, Tioga disc drive? Or just one of the disc wheel covers. Would be a big clock though.
Are you going to use fork lower legs as hands? A spoke for the second hand?
What do you have planned for the cuckoo?
Lower legs for hands
Bloody hell, this isnt big ben im building here
the quartz movement can only do small lightweight hands.
Now, if i had a proper movement that could likely deal with that much weight, but the small quartz youre stuck with a limited choice of hands.
15-16" as a max diameter. isnt too big and isnt too small. I'd like to incorperate something disc like for it, referencing cycling ,but the calipers kind of limit the direction to Hope tech stuff history and such. So maybe a large rotor as a backing, inset into it flush.
I guess im fortunate to own these bits to make this with. It would be a struggle now to find all these calipers. Plus the prototype No10 makes it kind of unique.
Might even be worth 20 quid on ebay
