Duro 'Psycho' style tyres - £1 from a car boot

Specialized decals - Ebay, £4

Specialized clipless pedals - £1 from car boot

Already had:

Specialized cromo stem

Selle Royal seat

NOS DX 26.8 seatpost

MT50 cantis

MT60 Thumbs/ levers

MT60 F/R mechs

M730 chainset

no-name wheels.

Bit of Brillo pad work on the wheels/ tyres, polished up the other bits and piff paff poof! You have rather a nice bike.

Brilliant ride - reet proper BITD feel to how they rode. So impressed, it will be a keeper.

I really wished I had come down to collect the PF off you, just to oggle your garage.

Ignoring the reflectors, thats a beauty :cool:
 
two more piccies - didnt like the wheels so went with a pair of Velocity rims/ LX hubs, NOS bars.

That is quality, really like it.

Just one question would dust caps on the valves blow the budget?
