Not a Carlton IMHO but very nice and looks a million dolllars :)

The Bluemels pump needs the rings seperated :D

Great looking build, but those seat stays and fork crown don't say Carlton to me. The look of the lugs seem to take a few cues from a mixture of Crespera and Nervex lugs.
