Dave Russell time trial frame

Just my era :) My Bob Jackson bottom bracket has even less metal in it LOL.

BITD they used clear plastic in the head tube (or unexposed x-ray film) to at least keep some of the water out LOL

Sweet ride!

Sorry, back on topic!

Does HS have bargains? What's the general consensus on here?

Been watching Big Fat Quiz of The Week...... but for the life of me I think I have seen that frame at a show.....black / white or gold / black. Maybe Harrogate or York?

Zeus did a lightweight 2000 rear dropout IIRC. Don't think it was titanium like Campag though.

Mike, Looks like a nice day where you were, not very nice here up North :( Seat stays were slotted too, usually on the bottom where the tube was (allegedly) in tension.

HS........... Hmmm.

Sliced and diced..........

Sold on retrobike to HS (using his alias) who flipped it on his website for a lot more......

Two braze ons on the down tube.......that's odd for single ring TT bike?

The fork rake is also a bit odd as Russell frames tended to have a very straight fork with the bend for the rake near the end, as mentioned I wonder if it was made as a demo / show frame? The Cinelli MC fork crown has been re-profile. Blimey I might have to buy it..
