Radial Ringle

My Fat Ti has a radial Ringle, I'm no heavy weight but it's running strong. When I worked in the shop at the peak of radial wheels I never saw many fail there despite the warnings, depends on the build I suppose, and the weight of the rider, and where you ride, and how you ride, and if your bike's rigid and and and ....

Remember seeing photos of Captain Dondo's Ibis (US journo!) had one of those Ringle hubs on the front.....think it said he got it straight from Geoff Ringle.

Don't do it with the normal Bubba hubs!!!!!!
I remember back in the 90th,a friend of me had done this and after a while the hub was damaged at the flank!!

Dondo had the rear wheel also, but it broke I think.. he is on vintage forum on MTBR somtimes.
