Considering a modern ride...singlespeed (of course) and 29er, although it would be a wrench to sell the Guyzer...what are your experiences, heard lots of good things and not much bad.
Cheers

If you can find the funds go with a Niner SIR, lovely 853 frame and gives you the option for geared or SS, EBB you see

Or look out for a Gary Fisher Ferrous, not as nice tubing but some very cheap options coming up at the end of year

If you are 5'7" or above I would give a 29'er a try, if you are 6' or bigger don't even think about it, just get out there and buy a bike that fits you for a change :D

On one of the latest interbike vid podcasts from Singletrack a 29er sceptic is converted (on a niner bike).

soon as thy're cheap enough 2nd hand I'll be getting a 29er - can't wait for a bike that'll fit AND be in proportion. :D

No problem. It would be interesting to try one. Its not like you can rob your kit from and an old frame to try it. By the time you buy the new rims, spokes, tyres, etc, it surely starts getting pricey :?
