This bike celebrated its 40th year in my ownership this month. Its been a constant riding companion and has been with me in my 'formative cycling' years! The frame and forks are still original, as are the handlebars, stem and brake hoods. Everything else has been through upgrades over the years. Currently running a 12-speed set up through a Shimano/Huret Duopar transmission. Rides very smoothly and assuredly on alloy RM19 rims, Schwalbe Actives and Quando hubs.
