there should be an R and an L and front and rear indication on them? something like that. the long end should point to the front on the front and to the back on the back, ie. you have the front ones on the back and vice versa. shimano had this idea for more stopping power and less squeeling or something like that.

bontrager make an identical OEM grip but with bontrager logos instead of Serfas
 
I like the rear mech on there, but think a few more red bits would help - keep it fairly subtle - spoke nipples, maybe chainring bolts, and I can't help thinking black chainrings (or even just the outer?)

Lovely though.
