Sooooo, after much to do and a few years in between the custom Ti leg fork project is actually going to happen! I didn't hear from Black Sheep for quite a long time. When I finally did they informed me they didn't have the right thickness of titanium tubing to get the stability they wanted out of the clamp they were going to devise for the steerer/shock assembly. Long story short they have since sourced the right material and we have decided to finally go forward with the project!

However, the traditional route we were going to take is no longer being adhered to. It will be designed to fit up to a 29" wheel, will be disc mount only, and will have a modern 15mm thru axle. I now have to source a new wheel and a new shock unit and just wait for the legs to be finished!

I'll update more as soon as I get photos or the fork!

Atomic can you share drawings and the specs of the tubing that Blacksheep is going to use? I am considering doing the same for a custom Ti fat bike that I am currently having designed (not at Blacksheep though)
