Retro Mania reaches Antipodean Shores..

Yeah, the only reason I joined paypal was because that's how most of the sellers on Ebay want paying.

Paypal, owned by Ebay so they can rodger you twice.

And paypal protection... anyone know how good it is?

Can you draw on transferred paypal funds straight away? I thought banks took a few days to confirm that the money is actually in your account?

The take it from your credit card, and when you pay, the seller and buyer get an email right away.
-It's very fast
-It good when you see something you wanted for ages and you don't have money.
- Easy for transactions abroad, like I buy much out of the US.
I get the bill incl shipping cost and I pay and it's done.
I just bought something in Germany, I have to pay by bank, (ok very safe) but all together it takes longer to have my item. It just takes a few days to trsfer the money to Germany. (don't ask why that has to be in 2006)

I use Tranzfers.com to transfer money Internationally [not to the States mind..], cheap fees, great rates.

The reason the banks take so long is so they can hold onto your money to earn that little bit more interest on your readies..
