All those bike parts available from the Malaysian NHS to keep you rolling.

What are zimmer frames made of over there, carbon fibre with disk wheels?

That's dedication!

After I had surgery to repair my shattered wrist, my hand was basically frozen in place--couldn't bend the wrist back at all. I was very nervous that I wouldn't get anything close to the range I used to have. My surgeon said I should expect about 50%. But, I hit the therapy hard and found that I could mimic the exercises I was doing in therapy while riding my bike during road rides, putting weight on my wrist and bending it back. I ended up getting back about 90% of my range.

Still managed to get the inner tube valves in line with the tyre manufactures name.
