-sold- 1991 Klein Rascal frameset 21 or 22 inch

Hi, on offer is a Klein Rascal frameset in original flare colour (black/red with white decals).
It's built in 1991 / 1992.
The size is 22 inch. 6'2" is the ideal length for this size.
The original Spinner forks and uncut bar/stem combo (not pictured) are included.

The points that need to be worked on:
- The frame is structurally in good condition but it needs a repaint. There's aluminiumcorrosion in several places, mostly near the bottom bracket. So after stripping the frame needs to be etched.
- The bottom bracket axle runs roughly and needs replacing. I can do that for you with the right tool.
- The rear brakeliner hole is drilled.
- The rear triangle has one small dent in it

Alltogether, with a repaint and new axle bearings this could be a great basis for a great bike.
By the way, the red colour is much brighter in real life than in the pics.

Postage: at cost, max 25 pound and less if possible.

Pics and info added. Bearings are easy to get hold on, for example via Jonrock.

Too big for me but if it was my size I would just tidy the paint damaged areas and get on with it, I have a spare MC1 in black that would suit should anyone want to match them up.

Some extra info on the sizing; I'm 6' 2" and 22 inch Kleins are a perfect fit for me. The geometry of the Rascal is equal to the Attitude, just a lovely handling bike and a great climber. My Adroit is also 22 inch and I wouldn't swap it for a 21.

I'm interested at £200 posted, needs a new bb, a ding removing/filling and a respray, about £200 worth of work and it needs the MC1, please sell it to me a little cheaper........
