was this bike repainted? i have an original '92 steel s-works mountaing bike that i bought at the dealer. realize this was a $600 fork/frame hand built in japan at the time. the only color was forest green and the decals are not correct either.

does it have suntour xtr pro components?

:oops: erm, nope. Still looks the same. At least now I have the other one the near matching frame numbers confirm it is 100% deffo an S Works Steel frame and nothing else.

:idea: Shall I do a rat build on this one? I'm thinking rusty coloured paint, one of those cheapo disk wheel covers, and some tatty components...

Not such good news with this one. I got it back from the powder coaters today where they discovered rust on both chainstays. So I won't be finishing it.
