chainring 5bolt 58mm bcd 42teeth needed for CannondaleM600

Hi,
I have a question, well actually I'm looking for replacing my worn out chain-ring for my ol' trusty cannondale M600, I baught new way back in 1999.

I'm looking for a "chainring 5bolt 58mm bcd 42teeth", guess I'll be needing a
chain too.

I'm not rich but would be ever so grateful for even a part worn matching replacement.

My searches have so far yealded nout and if anyone cares to offer suggestions towards a replacement running-gear, that'll be great too.

You sure about your bcd? 58 is usually an inner on 5 bolt compact, with the middle and outer being 94.
I have a set of 22/32/44 5 bolt compact rings for sale. Middle is a bit worn but outer and inner are pretty good. £10 posted the set.

You're right, I measured the diametre of my outer-ring's bolts and is indeed 94mm! So would like to make the purchase please, how?
