Seen a few of these. Pretty sure we discussed this before and the conclusion was one batch was made at a time when they couldn't get hold of prestige tubes.

I remember these BITD, so deffo real and by the sounds of things a nice niche frameset.

If anything the Logic Prestige makes for a superior frame. Ritchey used different butting profiles so tubes were thinner in the centre with a bit more on the ends for welding.
In theory it should make for a lighter and stronger frame...probably not that much in it though
