REGIONAL ROAD RIDE, 21st August. RIDE REPORT

Re:

Carats Cafe, Shoreham harbour.

Cheap-ish and plentiful parking. With a , er, cafe. And like cake 'n' stuff
Brekkie too if you fancy. I won't be setting a chunder-inducing pace ;)
We shall be leaving at around 10am. By that I mean, gone by 10.15!
Sun already booked for that day, so bring these >

I have put it in the diary. Last time I missed it.

Nice '32 Ford as your avatar is that yours?

Re:

I wish mate

I'm a sucker for a 30s Ford Coupe

Photo was taken at the car show at Steyne Gardens, Worthing a couple of years ago

There were a few there

Will come down for this, might not be on retro, but something with local connections.

Spooner?

Sadly no, way more modern than that, 11spd and disc brakes...

Though the Spooners do look lovely on Classic Lightweights - reminds me of the Witcomb (amoung others) I was relieved of last year.

If I'm feeling brave, I might bring my Freddie Grubb, but most likely the modern Mason.

Re: REGIONAL ROAD RIDE, 21st August

so sorry guys - i've just realised that the Mrs has booked our boat trip holiday over this weekend :(

i'm gutted as it wouldve been great to catch up with some of you and to meet others - particularly as the ride is now my local turf.
Hope an alternative ride out can be arranged soon.
