I don't have any road bikes in my DB so it's hard to tell the year. Best to look at the date codes on the Shimano parts, that'll give you a good approximation.

Sadly I bought it as a frame and built it with parts I bought on eBay. I'll have a search around and see if anyone has made a database of the road bike serial numbers.

They seem to be sequential(?)
The 'B' means Criterium but you knew that already. Is the rear spacing 126mm or 130mm?

Hah, "none of the above", it's 128mm, so you can use either a 126 or a 130, it's spent it's entire life to date with a 130 hub in there.

I didn't actually know that "B" meant Criterium - thanks for confirming that.

Well, it's number 2664, so probably pretty late. I'm guessing 88-89, but it's hard to say for sure with MKs
