Can you tell me more about this Carlton frame?

Regarding this frame he said:

Thank you for your enquiry on the Carlton frameset.

The frame and fork are Reynolds 531 double butted tubing , this is a rare early model with very nice lugs, the front and rear dropouts are Carlton own design but not forged , the eyelets are to take mudguard stays .
The seat tube measures 21" from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat lug, the top tube measures 21.5 " from centre to centre.

Well, no, I replied here now as I just received the reply to a message I had sent when I first wrote this posting! :p

Reason I am passing on that is because I have my eye on this:

And I need to save up for this, it's simply stunning, and If I buy the other I'd always want this, so this wins (unless I find a Carlton Professional or Giro D'Italia in the meantime)
