Might want to consider using "Peek" instead of "Autosol".
Much better finish on Aluminium as it's not as aggressive and you don't get residue in the welds.

Still going at it! But been busy with work... My arms are getting bigger haha. I had a load of bit arrive for the build this week so will take some pics and up load them when i get a minute. Thanks for the tip Tonedeaf101 ill give it a go if all else fails. Retro Spud i don't remember it being this hard... My patients is wearing... Temped to machine polish it. What do you think?
