Fork Modifications?

As part of my ongoing mid life crisis, I have decided to attempt a UK end to end in my fortieth year. I have plenty of time to sort this out but being retro (and tight) I have decided to use my old Kili Flier Comp as the beast of burden. I propose to lose the Judy forks and refit the old Tange Big Forks and use a Flexstem. It's a pain as I now have the ahead style headset fitted but I'm sure I will be able to find an old XT headset when the time comes!
Would a frame builder be able to retro fit braze ons for the front racks onto that sort of fork? They already have a single eyelet on the dropout. Do touring bikes have two? I'm not bothered (look at me, I'm not bothered) about mudguards.

No problem, you sued to be able to get clamps for the front forks, I sed the clamps for a couple of tours inc trans america so they will be up to a lejog. Might have a set in my tool box i will have a look and let you know, if I do there yours for the price of a stamp.

Ta! It will be odd seeing the old thing with rigid forks again.
