How to polish a titanium frame (here GT Xizang 97)

Xizangs look awesome with the early '92/'93 neon yellow/green stickers

Yes, this is the delema I am having, to me the 92 scheme is the best thing ever, and I liek the 96 graphics the least of all, but part of me says I should keep them because thats what came on the frame... I dunno.

Several details on the frames changed over the years so it's not as though you'll be creating a 'ringer'. Or how about getting the period correct shape decals made up in flouro?

Should have said, the frames looking really good after a cleanup, you've made me pull mine out to take to work!

Nice where did you get the fake scotchbrites and was it just 1 polish with each grade?

I bought it a local hardware shop. Only used the grey, very fine one!

Re:

I realise this is 7 years ago, but do you have any pics of the finished built up bike with your new decals?

I am considering this myself for my Xizang.

Looks fantastic, by the way.

Cheers.
