Looks like I've added the following since the last lot (to get it more modern and long-lasting):
M970 XTR SPDs
Hope Hoops Pro Evo 2 (with Mavic XC717 rims)
Avid Juicy Carbon calipers and 160mm rotors.
Oh, and ignore the saddle, I've been swapping them over lots to find one that works comfort-wise. I do have a Flite Ti kicking about somewhere but it's too uncomfortable.
