GM's Overburys Pioneer

Re: GM's Overburys / NO-verburys / Faux-verburys ?

Still have this little gem :)

I am still not sure what the heck it is , could it be an Orbit ? Bromwich ?

Unique things are Forks ,the rear U brake and the seat post clamp is also not the normal fitted to Overbuys stuff :?

Re: GM's Overburys / NO-verburys / Faux-verburys ?

Formerly mine, and now belonging to someone else on here, this has a number of similarities:

Straight brace in seat stay, looped brake bridge, built-in seat clamp bolt (though facing t'other way obviously):

No chain stay bridge, flattened shaped chain stays, no mudguard/rack eyelets:

Also, that didn't have a serial number either. Then again, it might not be an Overburys either.

Lovely bike ! The red and yellow goes well together :) .

Re:

Finally  . I have been told its defo an Overburys :p

Was chatting to a fella at the fantastic Bristol Bike Jumble yesterday who used to work at Overburys, he had a good look at the pics and was 100% certain that it is one , as many have said they made them bespoke occasionally and also with what ever was kicking around which he also confirmed.

This has made me a lot happier about this bike and I will now finish the last bits at some point (re-lacing the rear wheel) and then go for a damn good ride in Bristol on it
