Picked this up for just over £50, and other than a couple of nick's it loosely fits the term "NOS". Considering it came with the bars, stem & an unmarked Deore headset, it was quite good value. I have most of the parts (XT) on their way or here already, but does anybody know what seatpost and saddle it would have had?

Cheers.......Nick

Re:

A few sunshine photos, will change the saddle at some point, just put it on because of the blue accents  XT thumbies and Grab-on grips on their way: Although not flash, it was top of the Technium range, it is from the 80's, and if you are 6' 3" you need to grab all 20-21" frames that come your way :D

Cheers.......Nick

Re:

Oooh, that's nice, I love the colour and those straight blade forks look really smart.

Re: 1989 Raleigh Technium "Peak"

The bike is great, but the price for which you got it is THE sweetspot. Finding nice vintage parts for a low price is the best part of building old bikes as far as I'm concerned!

Re:

Small update: minty XT cockpit controls have arrived, along with anodised Stronglight rings. I will hopefully change the pedals to some older XT Comps if I can find a nice pair.
Cheers...... Nick

Re:

for a Raleigh that is way nice

Aside from a Tomac replica or a Ti offering, this has to be the best looking Raleigh I've seen
