SLIM....exactly the same as these. Those are 1994 RC35 AB refers to atmosphere balance A disc that went between the two elastomers with a horizontal hole to allow the fork to breath via the central rod/ retaining screw each leg had one. You should have two elastomers 50/55mm long in each leg with the disc in between and a small 13x20mm elastomer under the head of the rod/screw for rebound control. In late 1995 the RC 35 monobox was introduced they do not use elastomers they use what PACE called MCU's similar to MANITOUS in size and a very different leg assembly to the original RC35........hope this helps

just realised whats wrong

not having the manual to work from , in my normal reverse engineering way

its the top out elastomer , should be over the stantion not beneath it

makes sense if you`ve seen one i suppose

mik0312 , tried e mail pace and no reply ?

need a rocker for the brake assy , got a similar one in a nice red anodizing though

and also need a set of top and bottom caps , any idea on price

retroking , yep exactly

they do have the small disc with the hole as described

defo has the two elastomers , but.... it did have a third which turned to powder

as well as the smaller top out / rebound elastomer

MCU and elastomers are the same thing , just an " upgrade " 95 style

give it a new name and its an " upgrade "

better explanation .....

with the two elastomers in place and the small top out elastomer in place

there is a gap on the rod of about 27 / 28 mm

so there must be a third , f**k i wish i could post pics

SLIM whats the screw/rod made from the original was some type of Alloy To get more travel someone may have made a longer screw/rod and added half a elastomer On the original set up when assembled you should have from top of leg under crown to top of outer leg seal 50/55mm

top of seal to crown is 90mm

and the rod is alloy and looks original , non removable from stantion

SLIM is this the address you E-Mailed?
pace@pace-racing.co.uk

They are usualy very fast

No idea on pricing though for your bits - but PACE do tend to be at the top end of your expectations

i may be missing something ??

should there be a v shape sort of upside down bell ( as in the manual posted ) at the bottom of the rod , under the bottom / small elastomer

yes thats the e mail addy i used
