the bearings are all standard metric sizes, so pop them out and take them you your local bearing supplier. they shouldn't cost more than a couple of £ each, and you should be able to buy them individually. the frame has a total of ten cartridge bearings and two bronze/'du' bushes.

I wouldn't ride without a dropper post. I know they are heavy but well worth it I havent been over my handlebars once since I fitted them to my bikes

and with and open seat tube you can fit an integrated one!
