The short lived Kirk revolution

I was driving the other day and could of sworn I saw a kid riding one of these...on the pavement. If there was a way I could of got over I would of stopped and tried to buy it!!!!

i own one, and tomorrow, will hopefully get it restored back to shimano 93 LX originality

unfortunately they turn into dust if you crash them.

Especially when you are riding down front street in Tynemouth to do the drop into the moat at the priory.

pedal pedal, hop, high fat low fat dust...

i sold these bitd they were heavy but stiff untill they literally turned to jelly you could put your foot on the bb and pull the wheels making 90 degrees with the frame maybe they have an internal structure that breaks down? a good concept just poorly executed.

They used to have a steel bar running up the middle of the downtube. A lot of the time though this either corroded through or fractured so the frames flexed as much as a slinky spring. The other common problem was that they had a very fragile gear side dropout.
